Requirements

A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Prior experience in garage door service is a plus — but we’ll train the right go-getter!
Ability to lift 75+ lbs, work from ladders, and operate hand tools with confidence.
Great communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a strong customer-first attitude.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a busy environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

Be the skilled expert customers count on for safe, secure, and high-quality garage door service.
Install, repair, and maintain garage doors and openers for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Deliver best-in-class customer service — with professionalism, empathy, and a can-do attitude.
Accurately document work using notes, diagrams, and photos to support future service and team communication.
Perform thorough safety checks and ensure all work meets or exceeds company and industry standards.
Recommend upgrades and enhancements when appropriate — offering real value, not pushy sales.
Collaborate with team members and utilize tools like ServiceTitan to streamline workflow.
