Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greet customers, responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, display a caring attitude, develop rapport with customers. Assists customers in lobbies, lanes, and in the parking office; help direct traffic. Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude Provide excellent customer service to clients, customers, and employees. Additional duties as assigned. Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities May be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks according to the company’s maintenance checklists. Other special projects as assigned by location management.

Requirements

  • High School degree preferred but not required.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence.
  • Parking and/or university operations experience preferred.
  • Customer Service experience
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
  • Excellent team building and interpersonal skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, multi-faceted work environment.
  • Must be able to work unsupervised.
  • Ability to speak, read and comprehend the English language.
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and timeliness.
  • Ability to handle challenging and, at times, emotionally charged situations.
  • The employee will be required to stand, walk, sit, use hands-to-fingers, handle tools or controls, reach with hands or arms, talk, and hear.
  • Employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 10lbs.
  • The employee may be subjected to weather conditions prevalent at the time.
  • The employee is regularly exposed to fumes and airborne particles.
  • The noise level in this work environment can range from minimal to moderate.

  • Flexible, willing to work multiple facility locations
