About The Position

Axiom is an industry leading automotive product provider and administrator. We create, sell, and service contracts and other products via our state-of-the-art facility and systems. Axiom is looking for a GAP I (Guaranteed Asset Protection) to provide exceptional customer service to consumers, lenders, and other partners. The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to documenting all consumer interactions, reviewing total loss documents, and ensuring consumers understand the claims. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers, dealers, and lenders. The ideal candidate will possess great communication skills, problem-solving, organizational skills, and call center experience as well as a dedication to providing excellent customer service.   • Must have at least 2 years of customer service experience

Nice To Haves

  • Past GAP processing or Automotive Insurance experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and courteous service to both internal business partners and external consumers for resolution of claims via telephone and email
  • Provide information regarding benefits, coverage, payment, policies, and procedures via telephone to consumers, lenders, and other partners
  • Maintain accuracy of claims, emails, and documents within company timelines
  • Handle inbound phone calls regarding new, open, and resolved claims
  • Identify and index documents needed to process claims
  • Accurately process and inputs data and information within company timelines
  • Ensures consumer understands the claim process and required documentation, including deadlines
  • Builds and maintains strong working relationships with peers; both internal and external
  • Other duties as assigned
