Axiom is looking for a GAP I (Guaranteed Asset Protection) to provide exceptional customer service to consumers, lenders, and other partners. The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to documenting all consumer interactions, reviewing total loss documents, and ensuring consumers understand the claims. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers, dealers, and lenders. The ideal candidate will possess great communication skills, problem-solving, organizational skills, and call center experience as well as a dedication to providing excellent customer service.
