Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent and 1 year of experience
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
Intermediate computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Ability to troubleshoot issues
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift in a 24-hour environment as a designated essential employee, including working weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather per shift schedule
Ability to follow written processes and procedures in the execution of job duties
Ability to transition and report to the NCEL’s backup site location (Greensboro, NC) to execute job duties upon notice

Responsibilities

Monitoring all of NCEL’s ICS throughout the sales day to ensure near real-time processing of lottery transactions is occurring accurately and systems remain in balance without error against vendors’ provided Gaming Systems
Executes the NCEL’s daily game drawings as well as multi-jurisdictional game drawings as they occur on designated days per the defined processes and procedures.
Performs periodic monitoring, updating, review and verification of various NCEL public facing advertising streams per defined processes and procedures daily
Prepares daily reports comprising the events occurring on a particular shift worked
