Ellis Park Racing & Gaming is currently hiring Gaming Attendants to complete our winning team! Gaming Attendants play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by greeting guests, addressing guest issues and concerns related to our HRM machines, and verifying and performing jackpot payouts with the assistance of security and cage personnel. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- 3rd shift availability
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license.
Nice To Haves
- Prior gaming experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide a fun and exciting gaming experience for our guests.
- Witness and verify gaming jackpots.
- Perform jackpot payouts.
- Perform minor machine repairs and paper fills as necessary, reporting more major repairs to the Gaming Technician on duty.
- Assist in performing E-Drops as necessary.
