The School of Kinesiology and Recreation is seeking graduate assistants to support the Exercise is Medicine on Campus (EIMOC) program and Psychology of Sport and Physical Activity (PSPA) Lab. Positions involve conducting client intake sessions, developing individualized exercise and sport performance programming, and assisting with community outreach. Duties/responsibilities for these positions include but are not limited to: Maintenance of the PSPA Lab and associated equipment, assistance with practical programming for the EIMOC program and PSPA Lab community partners, participation in HIPAA and privacy training as well as training for electronic medical software, conducting intake sessions to assess physical activity levels and/or sport participation, goals and barriers, and medical history, developing individualized exercise and/or sport performance programming and client training protocols, assisting with planning and implementation of outreach activities, and serving as a student member of ISU's EIMOC team.
