Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Valid Georgia teaching certification in Early Childhood Education.
Experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Passion for early childhood education and child development.

Nice To Haves

First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
Willingness to collaborate and be part of a dynamic teaching team.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with Georgia Pre-K standards.
Create a warm, welcoming classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration and creativity.
Assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student development.
Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance curriculum and classroom activities.
Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
Incorporate play-based learning and hands-on activities to promote active engagement.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
