Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Valid Georgia teaching certification for Pre-K or equivalent.
• Experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for teaching.
• Ability to create and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive classroom.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with state standards.
• Create a safe and positive classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
• Assess and document children's progress, providing feedback to parents and staff.
• Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Facilitate daily activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and teaching strategies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
