About The Position

This position will require the graduate assistant to perform duties that support the day-to-day operation of the June Harless Center ( JHC ) in the College of Education and Professional Development. Duties will include: Providing administrative support to the Executive Director and Chief of Staff Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and managing logistics Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars Aiding the JHC staff in the preparation of professional learning sessions and events sponsored by the JHC Managing the STEAM lending library resources and distributing to teachers All other duties as assigned by the Chief of Staff

Responsibilities
