About The Position
Required Qualifications Applicants for this position must be current UNF students who are eligible for and accept Federal Work Study funding; must be enrolled in at least six semester hours; and must have met satisfactory academic progress requirements in order to receive financial aid. -Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook -Strong communication and written skills -Highly organized, ability to multi-task -Excellent customer service skills. -Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Prefer candidates with customer service and technology experience/skills.
