Requirements

Current state license to perform massage therapy with 3+ years of experience.
Active liability insurance for massage therapy is required.
Pass background checks
Demonstrated experience training or coaching other therapies or wellness professionals.
A passion for wellness, teamwork, and delivering outstanding guest care
Excellent at guest communication

Responsibilities

Customize massage experiences for each guest.
Perform service enhancements using Hot Stones, Cupping, CBD, Gua Sha, and Aromatherapy.
Promote the therapeutic and wellness benefits of massage therapy.
Foster meaningful connections that empower guests on their wellness paths.
Train and mentor massage therapists on protocols and service enhancements.
Support onboarding new massage therapists in the Retreat.
Uphold all Heights Wellness standards of practice, policies, procedures, and protocols through training and professional behavior.
