Requirements

• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
• A track record of taking initiative and following through on projects
• Relevant coursework, personal projects, or work experience that aligns with our work
• Curiosity, grit, and a bias for action
• Openness to feedback and an iterative approach to problem solving
• A mindset grounded in collaboration, accountability, and excellence
• Currently pursuing a degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D.) in a relevant field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and contribute in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiasm for solving complex technical or operational challenges
• Availability to work on-site in Crossville or Nashville, TN
