About The Position

Employees are expected to maintain a Christian lifestyle and affiliate with a Protestant church whose core beliefs align with the school’s Statement of Faith. Employment requires affirmation of being a “born-again” Christian who knows Jesus Christ as Savior. The ideal candidate demonstrates spiritual maturity and serves as a Christian role model, reflecting the principles of I Timothy 4:12 in character and conduct both within and beyond the school environment (Luke 6:40). This individual exemplifies discernment, dignity, respect, and Christ-centered living, setting a positive example for students, parents, colleagues, and the broader community.
