Fusion Analyst - Sr (TS/SCI with Poly)
About The Position
DeNOVO Solutions is seeking a Fusion Analyst – Senior to lead multi-INT fusion activities that support both operational and strategic mission objectives. In this role, you will integrate complex data from national, theater, and tactical sources to develop advanced assessments while coordinating with cross-domain analysts and engineers to enhance analytic accuracy and timeliness. Requirements
- Proficiency with Palantir, GALE, TAC, FADE/MIST, Thresher, CBET, ESP, and CED for advanced analytic production.
- Experience with analytic automation pipelines, visualization dashboards, and data fusion APIs.
- Expertise in EWIRDB, MIDB, and IC dissemination systems.
- Ability to lead multi-INT fusion operations and coordinate across disciplines and mission partners.
- Strong skills in mentoring, tradecraft enforcement, and stakeholder communication.
- Ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of related professional experience supporting programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- No degree requirement.
- TS/SCI with Polygraph
Responsibilities
- Lead analytic production integrating SIGINT, GEOINT, and HUMINT for operational and strategic reporting.
- Develop predictive models and advanced data correlation methodologies to identify threat patterns.
- Conduct quality assurance and peer reviews for analytic products to maintain tradecraft integrity.
- Advise engineers and system developers on data integration and analytic tool refinement.
- Mentor junior analysts and enforce adherence to IC analytic tradecraft standards.
- Prepare and brief intelligence assessments to leadership and other external mission stakeholders.
