The Furniture Sales and Donations Coordinator is responsible for the overall operation and appearance of the Safe Harbor Resale Shop furniture sales floor (located next door to the main Resale Shop), including customer service, sales, and inventory. This position is also the primary contact for community donors who need support for larger/furniture donations and works closely with the furniture and delivery team to schedule and coordinate those pick-ups. This position is expected to provide excellent and professional customer service to both shoppers and callers. This position has a 40-hour work week which must include being onsite for direct furniture sales during hours of operation. (Currently open Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 9am-5pm but may be flexible or altered based on business needs.) This position directly reports to the Volunteer and Development Manager, however, this role is also supported by and requires close collaboration with the Resale Store Manager and staff. This is a full time, hourly, non-exempt position, eligible for benefits
