The Furniture Delivery Driver will be responsible for planning efficient delivery routes, professionally delivering, assembling, and installing furniture to customer specifications, engaging courteously with clients, communicating issues to supervisors, and conducting thorough vehicle inspections, all while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements

At least 21 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
CDL license required: Class A or B
1+ year of CDL truck driving experience
Experience with basic furniture assembly
Must be able to obtain and maintain DOT medical certificate
Exceptional customer service skills
Outstanding communication skills
Fluency in English
Ability to work as a team and independently
Strong time management skills
Ability to lift at least 75 lbs

Responsibilities

Carefully planning an efficient route to ensure punctual deliveries and optimal service
Driving professionally through designated areas
Delivering furniture while assembling and installing it to meet precise customer specifications
Engaging with clients in a courteous and effective manner
Promptly communicating any issues to supervisory staff
Conducting comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip inspections of your vehicle
Adhering to all required safety measures and regulatory standards
