NVIDIA is seeking a meticulous Furniture Coordinator and Space Planner to support day-to-day furniture operations across our HQ campus. This role focuses on furniture tracking, deployment, vendor coordination, and supporting workplace projects to ensure our spaces remain functional, compliant, and aligned with approved layouts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in furniture coordination, interior design support, or workplace operations
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD; PowerPoint a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Position is onsite in Santa Clara

Responsibilities

  • Furniture Coordination Own and maintain HQ furniture inventory tracking and deployment strategy.
  • Partner with Occupancy Planning, Workplace Design, Project Management, and Move teams to ensure furniture aligns with approved layouts and evolving business needs.
  • Monitor HQ campus furniture standards and coordinate with Facilities to maintain design and operational consistency.
  • Partner with Office Managers in small project furniture procurement.
  • Partner with EH&S/HR Medical Accommodations regarding furniture.
  • Support global locker management initiatives, including user support, troubleshooting, reporting, and payment.
  • Support onsite installations and ensure project execution meets quality and timeline expectations.
  • Occasional off-normal business hour support may be required.
  • Space Planning Provide layout and furniture support to Occupancy Planners, Office Managers, and Workplace Designers.
  • Update and maintain AutoCAD drawings, block libraries, and furniture standards documentation.
  • Initiatives Support furniture procurement processes, contracts, and payment terms in partnership with Finance and external vendors.
  • Support in management of account relationships with our global furniture partners.
  • Coordinate project tracking calls for global projects.
  • Coordinate semi-annual business reviews.

  • The base salary range is 96,000 USD - 161,000 USD.
