About The Position

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Furnace Operator is responsible for all furnace checks, gas checks, and log recordings; loading of furnaces and unloading per recipe and alarm; providing additional support to part setting as is necessary. Respect for quality and safety are crucial. This is an 8 hour shift Sunday through Monday through Friday 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm.

Requirements

• High School education or equivalent
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to lift 30 lbs. intermittently
• Ability to stand for 8 hours
• Respect for and adherence to safety guidelines
• Minimum starting pay is from $20.00/hr. for no production experience and higher for candidates having experience in a production environment
• Additional $1.25/hr. pay for any hours worked 5 pm to 5 am
• All hires must complete a comprehensive background check including criminal and a 9 panel drug test
• Only candidates with a stable work history will be considered
