About The Position

Responsibilities Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Furnace Operator is responsible for all furnace checks, gas checks, and logged recordings; loading of furnaces and unloading per recipe and alarm; providing additional support to part setting as is necessary. This is a 12 hour shift, rotating weekends. 5 pm to 5 am. Two days on, two day off, three days on, three days off, repeat. The successful candidate will have a: High School education or equivalent. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to lift 30 to 50 lbs. intermittently. Ability to stand for 12 hours and work every other weekend. Respect for and adherence to safety guidelines. Qualifications Minimum starting pay is from $22.00/hr. for no production experience and higher for candidates having experience in a production environment, plus a $1.25/hr. shift premium.
