As Director, Relationship Events – Gala, you will lead the implementation and growth of the Southland Chapter’s signature Gala and its wrap-around events to meet or exceed revenue goals through strategic volunteer engagement, corporate development and donor cultivation. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Gala while supporting the growth and management of additional corporate development initiatives as identified by leadership. Utilizing your proven relationship-building and fundraising skills, you will cultivate meaningful partnerships with corporate sponsors, donors and community leaders, ensuring strong engagement and sustainable revenue growth. You will recruit, train and empower volunteers while working closely with volunteer leadership committees to drive successful fundraising outcomes and elevate the visibility of the Alzheimer’s Association mission within the community. Success in this role will be measured through volunteer engagement, corporate partnership development and revenue growth aligned with the strategic plan. This is a full-time position that reports to the VP of Development and is based in the Los Angeles office.
