About The Position

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our team as Fundraising Associates . In this role, you will serve as the face of our organization , engaging directly with community members to promote fundraising campaigns, nonprofit programs, and local events . Requirements

• No prior fundraising experience required — full training provided

• Background in customer service, sales, marketing, or outreach is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door outreach and community engagement to promote fundraising campaigns
• Clearly communicate the organization’s mission, goals, and impact of donations
• Build rapport with residents to encourage donations and event participation
• Accurately track donor interactions, pledges, and contributions
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve daily and weekly fundraising goals
• Represent the organization with a professional, positive, and approachable demeanor
