About the position

The Development Coordinator at the Jewish Community Center (JCC) of the Lehigh Valley is responsible for managing fundraising, stewardship, and engagement efforts. This role involves collaborating with executive staff, program staff, and board members to develop strategies for attracting and engaging donors, as well as measuring the impact of the agency's programs. Responsibilities

• Design and execute outreach and communication plans with JCC donors and potential donors.
• Create, implement, and coordinate direct mail, social media, and e-philanthropy campaigns in collaboration with the marketing department.
• Manage and maintain the donor database.
• Analyze data trends to identify strategies for donor engagement and inform communication efforts.
• Lead fundraising campaigns and special events, including managing the solicitation process and maintaining personal contact with donors.
• Log all pledges and donations in the JCC's fundraising software and generate donation acknowledgments.
• Work with program staff to create and monitor data collection processes and evaluate data for metrics of success.

Requirements

• Experience in fundraising and development strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and trends for donor engagement.
• Experience with donor database management.
