One Sixty Fundraising is seeking outgoing, confident, and passionate activists and humanitarians to join our sociable, high-energy fundraising team in Los Angeles. This full-time position involves working five days a week, primarily between Tuesday and Sunday, with a base pay of $20 per hour plus uncapped bonuses, potentially bringing the total earnings to around $35 per hour. The role focuses on engaging with the public on busy streets, inspiring them to support Save The Children through ongoing donations. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of children around the world by having meaningful conversations with potential supporters. As a Fundraiser/Canvasser, you will be part of a dynamic team that collaborates to generate vital funds for various non-profits, including the ASPCA, Children International, Greenpeace, The Nature Conservancy, and Save The Children. The position requires no prior experience, as full paid training will be provided. We are looking for highly confident and sociable individuals who thrive in a lively environment and are passionate about making a difference. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and a belief that every conversation can lead to positive change. This role is particularly suited for individuals with backgrounds in performing arts, canvassing, sales, customer service, retail, bar work, serving, and hospitality.
