One Sixty Fundraising is seeking enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our dynamic fundraising team in New York City. This full-time position involves engaging with the public on busy streets, inspiring them to support various non-profit organizations through ongoing donations. As a fundraiser/canvasser, you will represent notable charities such as the ASPCA, The Nature Conservancy, Children International, and Amnesty International, helping to generate essential funds for their impactful work. The role is designed for confident communicators who thrive in lively environments and are eager to make a difference in the world. You will be part of a sociable team, working Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, with a base pay of $20 per hour plus uncapped bonuses, potentially earning up to $35 per hour. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for those new to the non-profit sector or recent graduates looking to kickstart their careers. We are looking for individuals who are not only confident and sociable but also genuinely care about social justice, environmental issues, and humanitarian causes.
