Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or higher.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the mortgage industry.
• Understanding of residential mortgages such as FHA, USDA, VA, and conventional loan guidelines.
• Knowledge of Encompass and MERS.
• Strong sense of pride in your work and accomplishments.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organization skills.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to recognize when to ask for assistance.

• Basic level of proficiency using Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Basic level proficiency using Video Conferencing to conduct meetings and events via Zoom, Teams, or other video conferencing technology.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the closing pipeline for loans ready to fund
• Set wires up with our warehouse providing needed documentation.
• Clear funding conditions.
• Partner with Post-Closing after loan funds to correct any deficiencies with documentation
