About The Position
This position’s responsibilities will include completing daily loan funding checklists, daily funding of dealer funding packets, and providing strong customer service to motorsport dealers for indirect motorsport loans. Other tasks may include building customer files and general clerical duties (filing, scanning, faxing).
Responsibilities
- Ensure operational integrity through compliance with all policies, procedures and regulations.
- Review and complete incoming loan funding checklists in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Review and process loan documentation and dealer funding packages in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Ensure loan packages are complete and all stipulations have been satisfied. Collect missing documents or follow up on stipulations from dealers.
- Consult with Funder II and Funder III positions if any funding issues arise.
- Answer dealer calls with strong customer service skills.
- General clerical duties: filing, scanning, faxing, etc.
- Maintain minimum daily level of funded loan activity.
- Maintain consistent attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
