About The Position

We’re looking for a Game Mathematician who gets excited about probability, patterns, and building the logic behind the thrill. In this role, you won’t just crunch numbers — you’ll design and validate the math that powers slot, bingo, and lottery games played around the world. From RTP and prize structures to simulations and par sheets, your work will directly shape the player experience. If you enjoy turning complex math into real-world entertainment (and seeing your models come to life), this might be your perfect next move.

  • Working knowledge of slot math design, processes, and requirements
  • Experience coding in at least one programming language
  • Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
  • Familiarity with casino-style games and regulatory markets

  • Assist in writing, reviewing, and validating production code
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, producers, and compliance teams to ensure accurate math implementation
  • Use proprietary tools to generate slot, bingo, and lottery math files
  • Develop theoretical par sheets demonstrating probabilities and payout structures (via Excel calculations and/or simulation)
  • Support continuous improvement of tools, processes, and design methodologies
  • Contribute to internal production process improvements
  • Conduct industry research and apply insights to future product development
  • Own deliverables for one or more projects, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Assess mathematical feasibility of new mechanics and suggest optimized alternatives
