About The Position

Delivering these services to our clients and their investors is a diverse team of 1,400 highly skilled employees across the globe based in New York, London, Glasgow, Dublin, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Hong Kong. The candidate must have a technical degree for his/her undergraduate education, in disciplines such as Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. Programming skill is essential in this role, and the candidate also has to demonstrate experience or qualification in Finance/Accounting, through an additional business degree or having acquired the CFA charter. It is only by having both sides of the skills and knowledge can the candidate be effective and efficient in this role. He/she has to be able to program in some of these languages: VBA, Matlab, Python, or R. The successful candidate's responsibility will span across almost all facets of MSFS, working with various groups on such projects. Besides analytical and technical skills, the candidate has to have good communication skill, a collaborative attitude, high creativity, as well as being an independent thinker and at the same time a great listener. Expected base pay rate for the role will be between $90,000 to $130,000 for Associate per year at the commencement of employment.
