About The Position

Fund Director, hybrid remote USA job opening, where you will lead one or more of the Group’s core digital investment funds - overseeing structure, strategy, governance, and performance. You will collaborate directly with the Chief Investment Officer, CEO, and institutional partners to optimise fund performance, capital allocation, and investor returns across multiple digital asset classes. This is a pivotal leadership role for a visionary investment professional eager to shape the evolution of institutional-grade digital finance.

Requirements

• 12–20 years’ experience in fund management, investment banking, private equity, or digital asset investment.
• Strong understanding of blockchain economics, DeFi protocols, and digital trading strategies.
• Proven success managing funds or portfolios of $500M+ AUM, with measurable returns.
• Strategic leader with a track record of attracting capital and institutional investors.
• Exceptional analytical, governance, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• CFA, CAIA, or MBA preferred but not essential — real-world performance is key.

Responsibilities

• Direct fund strategy, asset allocation, and investment performance in alignment with the Group’s long-term AUM goals.
• Manage multi-asset portfolios including crypto, DeFi yield strategies, AI-powered trading models, and digital infrastructure investments.
• Lead fund structuring, compliance, and risk management with internal and external advisors.
• Oversee fundraising and investor relations, partnering with the Head of Partnerships and senior leadership to attract institutional and family office capital.
• Design and implement high-performance reporting frameworks for AUM growth, yield generation, and ROI tracking.
• Stay ahead of regulatory and market developments in blockchain, tokenisation, and alternative finance.
