About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Investment Banker, Executive Director to join our growing Healthcare Investment Banking Group – specifically aligned to Biopharma. In this role, you will: Work as an advisor within Investment Banking functional area to leadership to develop or influence objectives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across groups and functions within Investment Banking functional area Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas within Investment Banking functional area Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and which require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking, coordination of highly complex activities, and guidance to others Provide vision, direction, and expertise within Investment Banking functional area to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large-scale, cross-functional, or companywide Engage with Investment Banking professionals and managers across the company and serve as an expert advisor to leadership

Requirements

7+ years of Investment Banking experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

7 + years of Biopharma Investment Banking experience
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge and understanding of strategic planning and execution
Strong negotiating skills
Leadership experience with ability to effectively manage and engage teams
Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
Knowledge and understanding of business development: business vision, strategies, and goals
