About The Position

Assist Fund Development with maintaining the workflow, deadlines, appointments, tasks and activities. Screen incoming calls, emails and correspondence, and respond independently when possible. Prepare or proofread memorandums, forms, correspondence, mailing lists, reports, and other documents as needed. Attend all fundraising events and provide guidance and support to volunteers and other co-workers. Review current processes and make recommendations for improvement. Ensure timely correspondence and contact with sponsors and donors. Interact well with co-workers, volunteers, community members, and others involved in fundraising events and activities. The selected candidate will create and update visual graphic designs to support various fundraising events and will be expected to manage and maintain related data using effective database management practices. The selected candidate will also need to be available to work limited number of evenings and Saturdays. This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive and the employee will also perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work weekends, as required for fundraising events

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in DonorPerfect, Constant Contact and Canva preferred.
