This role will be performed in a Hybrid capacity, with the incumbent working both in-office and remotely, from home. Most duties will be on-site.

Responsibilities

Supporting Shipping and Receiving of all customer deliverables as well as internal hardware and software needs.
Support Maintenance and Support Renewals including creating quotes and providing them to the customer
Receive and process customer orders into Salesforce.com and track orders from receipt to delivery and invoicing
Process prospective customer bailment agreements with the contracts department and help arrange equipment to be delivered to customer and returned to BAE upon bailment completion
Work with Contracts and Subcontracts on NDAs, Bailments, and Reseller Agreements
Work with Suppliers and Internal Team to assist with cost and pricing strategies
Work with Marketing Team to build email campaigns and social media posts for upcoming events, new products, and other business-related announcements
Support team in signing up for trade shows and customer demonstrations as well as arranging, packing, and shipping marketing materials for those events.
