About The Position
Akkodis is seeking a Functional QA Analyst for a Contract job with a client in New York, SC. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Varicent's Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) software. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability and functionality of Varicent systems through rigorous testing and collaboration. Rate Range: $49.24/hour to $64.39/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience in functional QA testing with Varicent.
- Strong understanding of incentive compensation systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute test plans for Varicent ICM software.
- Validate compensation plans, calculations, and data integrations.
- Identify, document, and track defects.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure quality standards.
- Participate in release planning and contribute to QA process improvements.
