Identifies trends and makes recommendations on improvement opportunities. Assists with the planning/implementation of administrative, financial and operational activities for the assigned functional business.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience working with or within insurance agencies
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence without direct authority
  • Clear verbal and written communication
  • Understanding of agency models, incentives, and economics
  • Project management and multitasking capabilities
  • CRM and reporting proficiency (Salesforce, Quickbase, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning, implementing and reviewing organizational wide operational activities, practices, procedures and initiatives driving business results.
  • Serves as a liaison between Front Line Leaders and the Site Senior Leadership team to ensure the timely flow of information and iden tification of operational performance drivers.
  • Anticipates organizational needs and partners with business leaders to develop solutions.
  • Tracks and monitors progress of assigned projects, action items and operational direction to ensure strategic execution.
  • Manages the execution and coordination of resources required for successful implementation.
  • Assists Site Senior leadership on the creation of action plans in the areas of quality, customer service and operational effectiveness.
  • Serves as an expert and advisor in operational practices and procedures.
  • Represents the operation while working with outside constituencies on new initiatives and upcoming changes that will impact operations.
  • Collaborates with other departments and outside business partners to ensure that upcoming projects are site specific needs and issues are considered in the recommendations and implementation of those projects.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
