Identifies trends and makes recommendations on improvement opportunities. Assists with the planning/implementation of administrative, financial and operational activities for the assigned functional business.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience working with or within insurance agencies
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence without direct authority
Clear verbal and written communication
Understanding of agency models, incentives, and economics
Project management and multitasking capabilities
CRM and reporting proficiency (Salesforce, Quickbase, etc.)
Leadership skills
Verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Responsible for planning, implementing and reviewing organizational wide operational activities, practices, procedures and initiatives driving business results.
Serves as a liaison between Front Line Leaders and the Site Senior Leadership team to ensure the timely flow of information and iden tification of operational performance drivers.
Anticipates organizational needs and partners with business leaders to develop solutions.
Tracks and monitors progress of assigned projects, action items and operational direction to ensure strategic execution.
Manages the execution and coordination of resources required for successful implementation.
Assists Site Senior leadership on the creation of action plans in the areas of quality, customer service and operational effectiveness.
Serves as an expert and advisor in operational practices and procedures.
Represents the operation while working with outside constituencies on new initiatives and upcoming changes that will impact operations.
Collaborates with other departments and outside business partners to ensure that upcoming projects are site specific needs and issues are considered in the recommendations and implementation of those projects.
Performs other duties as assigned.
