About The Position

Drive the content design and setup for worldwide rollout of marketing site for a large-scale, multi-tiered and cross-functional marketing team. Support website content and translation needs across marketplaces. Responsible for site content administration, training marketers on best practices for using components built by technical teams, guidelines for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) while creating content, and supporting marquee campaigns and testing. Create high quality content that drives organic traffic to websites. Gather business and functional requirements from external and/or internal customers and end-users, and translating requirements into technical specifications to build robust, scalable, supportable solutions to support global translation needs and train marketers on the use of the platform to speed up go-to-market campaigns. Use in depth knowledge of technical SEO to create high quality content to reduce cost per click investment of paid search teams. Define content performance KPI and work with technical teams to build automated executive reporting on content that will serve as a guideline to build future content.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, Marketing, Marketing Research, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered, as a Program Manager, Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager, or a related occupation.
  • Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, Marketing, Marketing Research, or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master’s degree and one year of experience.
  • Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): (1) using Adobe Experience Manager for content authoring and Adobe Analytics for customer engagement reporting; (2) experience in content authoring including knowledge of Search Engine Optimizations (SEOs); (3) experience in earned and owned media by using it to drive organic traffic; (4) experience identifying user engagement patterns and recommending site optimizations; and (5) using front-end frameworks to pinpoint impact of content types on device engagement.
