Grace Harbour is seeking a compassionate and dedicated FFT Supervisor to lead a team of therapists in implementing evidence-based practices that improve lives and strengthen communities. As an FFT Supervisor, you will guide a team of up to seven therapists in delivering Functional Family Therapy (FFT)—a highly effective, evidence-based intervention for at-risk youth and their families. Your role will include overseeing referrals, managing caseloads, and ensuring treatment is implemented with fidelity to the FFT model. You’ll also provide direct care to a smaller caseload of clients, maintaining hands-on experience while coaching and mentoring your team. Location: Columbia, SC Compensation: $55,022 - $68,311 Estimated income ranges are based on: Associate Licensed Master's Level Fully Licensed Final compensation is determined by factors such as education, licensure level, experience and other qualifications.

Requirements

Proven experience in clinical supervision and leadership within the mental health field.
Expertise in family-based treatment models, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practices.
A commitment to empowering youth and families and ensuring treatment sustainability beyond intervention.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Oversee a team of up to seven FFT therapists, ensuring caseloads of 10–12 clients per therapist.
Provide 24/7 on-call support for therapists and their clients in the event of a crisis.
Facilitate individual and group supervision to foster professional growth and collaboration.
Direct Client Care: Maintain a caseload of 4–6 clients, conducting weekly sessions and creating treatment plans.
Engage families and key participants in active, change-oriented therapy.
Complete comprehensive assessments, develop safety plans, and monitor treatment progress.
Program Oversight: Ensure team utilization rates meet or exceed 85% of the target.
Review and approve therapist assessments, case documentation, and treatment plans.
Monitor treatment fidelity through session recordings, field visits, and supervision feedback.
Collaboration and Training: Participate in FFT training and consultation activities, integrating feedback into your supervisory approach.
Develop and update supervisor and clinician development plans quarterly.
Facilitate team meetings, case management discussions, and collaborative planning with referral sources and community partners.
Data and Compliance: Manage clinical outcomes and program data.
Ensure adherence to the FFT model, as measured by Tri-Yearly Performance Evaluations (TYPE).
