About The Position
Seasons is a comprehensive behavioral health center offering a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health services to communities in the Northwest Iowa region. We are currently seeking a full-time Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Specialist. The FFT Specialist provides FFT services, as well as oversight and clinical supervision to a team of FFT therapists delivering evidence-based services to youth and families. This role ensures fidelity to the FFT model, provides clinical guidance, and works collaboratively with staff and stakeholders to achieve positive client outcomes.
Requirements
- Must have or be eligible for a full, independent Iowa license (LISW, LMHC or LMFT)
- Must be eligible to provide clinical supervision
- Excellent leadership and communication skills are required
- Must have strong clinical skills and experience providing treatment to children, families, and individuals mental illnesses
- Some travel is required for this position, so a valid driver’s license is required
Nice To Haves
- A certification in functional family therapy is preferred but not required
