About The Position

• Strong track record of delivering complex enterprise solutions in global consulting environments.
• In-depth understanding of compliance, safety regulations, and audit standards.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of SAP EAM solutions for large enterprises.

• Prepare and validate Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and Technical Design Documents (TDDs) for advanced maintenance and reliability scenarios.
• Provide solutioning for complex asset management operations, leveraging best practices and emerging technologies.
• Conduct workshops with business users to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure strategic alignment.
• Manage EAM implementation teams, driving delivery excellence and adherence to governance frameworks.
• Oversee testing cycles, defect resolution, and performance optimization for asset management solutions.
• Advise on best practices for asset reliability, digital transformation, and IoT integration.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, security standards, and enterprise audit requirements.
