About The Position

We are looking for a motivated SAP S4HANA EWM consultant with a passion for the manufacturing industry. As an SAP S4HANA EWM consultant, you will be responsible for assisting in various projects related to SAP EWM implementation tasks. You will work closely with a team of experienced professionals to implement & support SAP EWM solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
Minimum 10+ year of SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience
Hands-on functional configuration and design experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementation
Strong understanding of warehouse logistics and supply chain management
Conversant with SAP Fiori apps, Workflows
Should have a good experience in Configuration of S/4 EWM module and strong Integration knowledge with other SAP Areas like PP, MM, SD and FI.
Build global S/4 HANA EWM template and propose process improvement plans
Minimum 2 S/4 HANA implementation / 4 support project experience
Ability to provide solutions to Business Users based on the issue
Knowledge on interfaces, cross module knowledge
Excellent Business Communication Skill
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Nice To Haves

Greenfield implementation Project (End-to-End Implementation) are preferable

Responsibilities

Implementation: Configuring, implementing, and maintaining the SAP S4HANA EWM module
Business process analysis: Identifying gaps in business processes against SAP best practices
Facilitate implementation and support of SAP S/4 Hana and S/4 Hana Warehouse Management Innovation including seamless integration between warehouse management & production, visibility & control of stocks, Fiori Apps and Warehouse KPIs Operations.
Testing: Creating test data, running tests, and creating and executing test scripts
Continuous improvement: Monitoring system performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and recommending enhancements
Business process modeling: Defining and modeling business processes
Feasibility verification: Verifying the feasibility of the developed model
An SAP EWM specialist needs to have in-depth knowledge of warehouse logistics, SAP EWM functionalities, and integration with other SAP modules.
Bring in strong business process knowledge on EWM processes and integration with cross modules like Production Planning, Material Management, Quality Management and SCM
Build global EWM template and propose process improvement plans
Bring in expert knowledge of warehouse management including basic warehouse management and advanced warehouse management processes
Ensure effective communication to all stake holders (Business, PMO office, Client Partner etc.) from scope, Risks and Business Impacts perspective
Hold regular project portfolio Integration meetings, ensure all developments follow standards
Govern risks imposed by Cross Application projects that affect SAP project portfolio
Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements. Act as a liaison between the client business functions and the technical team. Mentor and guide junior team members.
Lead business requirement, functional and non-functional requirement gathering for SAP EWM functional area
Good cooperation skills and able to work cross-capability with a mix of internal and external consultants
