About The Position

We are seeking a mid-level HCM Consultant to join PARA Consulting’s HCM implementation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience documenting business processes, creating UAT scripts, and supporting end-to-end HCM implementations. You will work closely with senior consultants and technical teams, assisting in requirement gathering, testing, and go-live readiness. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, structured, collaborative, and comfortable working directly with clients and providing top tier service.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.
Experience working with HCM platforms (Rippling, Workday, UKG, ADP, etc.).
Experience in creating documentation, UAT test scripts, and process mapping.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into functional system configurations.
Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

Nice To Haves

2+ years of experience leading or coordinating small project workstreams or teams.
Experience in multi-country HR system implementations or environments with complex workflows.
Expertise in HR concepts and workflows (benefits, time tracking, payroll processes).
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
