MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT As a Functional Analyst, the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of Navy Maritime Maintenance Enterprise System (NMMES) Facilities and Equipment Maintenance (FEM). Lead/Manage/Support - Working with users to document requirements, designing/customizing screens to meet those requirements, developing user documentation, testing the system to ensure requirements are meet, and supporting implementation of the completed system. Perform functional allocations to identify tasks and their inter-relationships. Research, identify, and assist in the formulation of recommendations about resources required for task execution and completion. Participate in the development of new business areas or updates to existing systems to meet client needs. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED Bring your expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Functional Analyst must have: Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science

Requirements

  • 2+ years of related experience
  • IBM Maximo experience
  • Basic SQL knowledge
  • Security clearance level: Secret
  • US citizenship required

Responsibilities

  • Working with users to document requirements
  • Designing/customizing screens to meet those requirements
  • Developing user documentation
  • Testing the system to ensure requirements are meet
  • Supporting implementation of the completed system
  • Perform functional allocations to identify tasks and their inter-relationships
  • Research, identify, and assist in the formulation of recommendations about resources required for task execution and completion.
  • Participate in the development of new business areas or updates to existing systems to meet client needs.
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas.
  • Participate in special projects as required.
  • Provide on-site support as needed by the customer.
  • Provide training support and help desk support for the end users either on site or via TEAMS or other video conferencing tools.
