About The Position

The Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) F-35 IT program support contract provides knowledge-based, information assurance and cybersecurity IT services to the F-35 Lightning II Joint Program Office (JPO). Our services include program management, enterprise performance management, enterprise architecture, implementation of emerging capabilities and requirements, life cycle management, operations & maintenance, enterprise data management, service desk support and IT training. MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT As a Systems Analyst + Technical Trainer, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission supporting our Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) F-35 IT program in Arlington, VA. Our Systems Analyst collects and performs analysis on information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system and delivers technical training to end users. Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Works with system SMEs to ensure the implementation of desired functionalities. Troubleshoots and resolves system issues as they arise. Provides solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity. Develops and delivers comprehensive training programs for end users.. Conducts hands-on training sessions, workshops, and webinars to enhance user proficiency. Provides one-on-one coaching and support to users to address their specific needs. Prepares and maintains technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of systems. Exhibits strong oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and teaching skills, and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Teach users how to effectively navigate and leverage Power Automate and the broader Power Platform tool to streamline workflows and boost productivity.

Requirements

  • Security Clearance Level: Active Secret clearance
  • Required Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience analyzing IT systems, establishing training needs, developing training programs, and applying the instructional system development (ISD) process.
  • Required Certifications: (712) Cyber Instructor - Intermediate.
  • Education: BS/BA degree.
  • Allowable Substitution: 3 years of additional work experience with an AA/AS Degree can be substituted for a BS or BA degree.
  • US Citizenship Required
