Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients via Zoom, phone, and email
  • Assist members with benefit information and policy updates
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve client concerns
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up with clients
  • Work closely with a remote support team that’s always got your back
