We are looking for a Fullstack Engineering Manager to lead and grow high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment. This role blends technical leadership, people management, and architectural ownership, while remaining close to delivery and technical decision-making. You will work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to build scalable, reliable, and production-ready systems.

Requirements

Experience as a Senior Software Engineer, Tech Lead, or Engineering Manager in fullstack environments.
Strong frontend expertise with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
Solid backend experience with Golang and/or Python.
Experience designing APIs and distributed systems.
Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native architectures.
Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Native or fluent English.

Nice To Haves

Spanish is a plus.
Experience working in payments, fintech, e-commerce, or financial platforms is a plus.

Lead the design and evolution of fullstack systems across frontend and backend.

Lead planning and execution using Agile methodologies.

Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their impact.
