About The Position

The Fullstack Developer will play a central role in designing, building, and scaling modern applications that drive efficiency and customer impact. You will work on both front-end and back-end systems, leveraging technologies such as React, Typescript, C#/.NET, and Python, while integrating AI/ML solutions into internal processes and external-facing products. The role involves close collaboration with commercial teams and direct client engagement, providing opportunities to influence technical implementation and product delivery. You will develop internal tools to optimize workflows, maintain scalable services, and contribute to the overall architecture of the platform. This position requires a self-driven, innovative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. You will be part of a team dedicated to enabling sustainable solutions in a dynamic, tech-forward organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on fullstack development experience
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent verbal communication and collaboration abilities; client-facing experience a plus
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• Proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Typescript) and back-end technologies (C#/.NET)
• Must be based in Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, or Florida

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Python, AI/ML integration, and FastAPI preferred
• Knowledge of Azure functions and software integrations advantageous

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain front-end (React, Typescript) and back-end (C#/.NET) applications
• Build and manage Python-based data processing pipelines and CLI tools
• Integrate AI/ML solutions into internal processes and external-facing products
• Support commercial teams through technical implementation and client-facing opportunities
• Create and maintain unit and integration tests (Vitest)
• Maintain, scale, and optimize complex services and architecture
• Drive internal efficiency through the development of scalable applications and processes
