What You'll Do as a Teller This position is all about connection, accuracy, and service. You'll: Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions with care Maintain an accurate and secure cash drawer Answer members' questions, solve issues, and make updates to accounts Provide clear, friendly service while educating members about products and services Identify needs and offer financial solutions tailored to each member Represent Elevate's values in every interaction-with members and teammates alike This Isn't a Summer Job Due to the level of responsibility and training involved in this position, we are not considering short-term or seasonal applicants. We're looking for someone ready to make a lasting contribution as part of our team. Work Schedule This is a full-time position, and we keep it to 40 hours or less each week. You'll typically work Monday through Friday from 8:45 a.m. to 6:15 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break. We occasionally have 8:00 a.m. meetings on Tuesdays. Tellers take turns working Saturdays from 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. If you work a Saturday, you'll get a weekday off. Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years of steady customer service experience
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to doing things the right way
  • A positive outlook and a team-first attitude
