In this role, you will serve members by accurately processing daily financial transactions, identifying member needs, and connecting them with products and services that support their financial well‑being. You will play a key part in building long‑term member relationships while upholding the mission and service standards of ACCU. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and provide a positive member experience
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Nice To Haves
- Previous teller experience preferred
