Role: Use knowledge of credit union products and services to assess members' needs and assist with their financial transactions while minimizing risk related to negotiable instruments, documents of identification, transaction authority, and funds availability. Analyze information presented in virtual tellering systems through an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM). Evaluate documents presented by the member for authenticity. Adhere to all federal regulations and all TAP Center policies, including transaction limits for both cash and checks. Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Provide members with engaging, courteous and professional service in a timely manner via video technology through an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM). Receives and processes member financial transactions, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, balance inquiries, account research and product information. Maintains current knowledge of Credit Union services, products, policies, and procedures. Identifies opportunities to expand our members’ relationships with the Credit Union through education and referrals to branch personnel. Balances transactions daily. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Employees shall be trained annually, demonstrate an understanding of and follow the requirements of the BSA/AML Compliance Program as it specifically relates to their job.
