About The Position

Securitas is hiring for a Full-Time Overnight Security Officer immediately to help keep our clients site safe in Manchester, NH!
Pay: $20.00/hr
Schedule: Full-time, 11:00 pm - 7:00 am overnights

Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.
No experience necessary! If you have retail, food service or hospitality industry background you are a great fit for this role; if not, we will provide you with the training and everything you need for a great introduction to a career in the security industry.

Requirements

• Able to walk up to 5 miles per shift
• Proficient with computers and digital reporting
• Maintains a professional appearance
• Dependable, punctual, and observant
• Comfortable initiating conversation and providing verbal engagement (e.g., greeting all who pass)
• NH Guard Card or the ability to obtain this prior to starting work
• Valid driver's license
• At least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Access control
• Interior and perimeter patrols
• CCTV monitoring
• Customer service and visitor support
• Logging Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and Incident Reports
• Activate and follow site emergency protocols
• Support evacuations, lockdowns, and drills
• Serve as liaison to UT personnel and first responders
