Your time is largely spent engaging in various activities with our teen students, ranging from cultural outings to culinary adventures, outdoor explorations, and more. Amidst these exciting activities, your role is to ensure the safety and well-being of our students, promoting an environment of trust and personal growth. Spending quality time with our teens allows you to cultivate strong and meaningful staff-student relationships. These connections are essential as they play a pivotal role in the progress and development of each student within our program.
